Updating your website for PPC provides many of the changes needed for successful Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve your “organic” search engine rankings.
Additional work includes inbound link building which is a big job and often overlooked. I do not perform link building but do make recommendations to my AdWords Clients and often review work done by SEO companies.
Google Places
For companies that provide services or products locally, the most important aspect of SEO is Google Places which are the Google Local or Map listings. This interface and the results are changing continually but today it is highly important. I give talks on Google Places and provide Google Places Optimization for my existing AdWords Clients.
